09.30.2009It's just about that time. We're coming up on some exceptional releases for the remainder of 2009. Animal Hospital's "Memory" will be available as a white vinyl double LP in limited quantities. Stay tuned for street dates and release info on that one. We're also very happy to announce that Barge will be releasing a CD by Pausal in the early spring of 2010. For those new to Pausal, be assured that their music cannot be put into words. "Ambient" only scratches the surface to the depth of these compositions.. we're certainly honored to have them aboard! I won't give too much away on this, but folks might be happy to know The Fun Years will be releasing their 3rd LP on Barge in the late spring of 2010! It will be available on CD and LP, so save up those pennies! And lastly, Animal Hospital is about to hit the road for his fall European tour + a couple Boston dates opening for THE JESUS LIZARD. Kevin played a mesmerizing set accompanied by Jonah Sacks on cello.Memory is now available in the catalog section, digitally at Other Music, Fina and Boomkat and on compact disc at record stores across the country. We will be running a special at Boomkat.com where the first 100 copies of Memory will ship with a free copy of Innature. In other news, Kevin "Animal Hospital" Micka did an interview on WZBC today.
